About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Global Merchandising and GWP Initiatives Specialist to join our Beauty Division in Milan.
This role is responsible for the entire portfolio of Merchandising, Collaterals, and GWP projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate activities with a multi-functional team, starting from initial brief until stock is available at the Distribution Center.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the entire portfolio of Merchandising, Collaterals, and GWP projects.
- Coordinate activities with a multi-functional team.
- Ensure initiative governance through all phases of the project using the Critical Path Schedule based on the Standard Operating Model.
- Lead the team to work collaboratively and supervise overall technical and financial readiness.
- Conduct reviews with the multi-functional team to ensure proper flow of actions.
- Proactively identify risks and issues, intervene to change priorities, and put in place contingency plans to recover from problems.
- Timely escalate issues to management for visibility and support in their resolution as needed.
Main Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing projects and delivering on time, on cost, and on quality.
- Proven experience in delivering projects as leader and member of a multi-functional team.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Able to guide others through change by example.
- Capability to communicate effectively.
