About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Biddable Specialist to join our team at Starcom in Turin. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing search, social, and YouTube campaigns across major digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement digital media plans aligned with client objectives and budgets;
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform strategy;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive campaign success;
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager;
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders;
  • Work closely with the coordination team to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution;
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and proposals to drive business growth;
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing search, social, and YouTube campaigns;
  • Proven ability to design and implement digital media plans that drive results;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners;
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, with experience in campaign management and optimization;
  • Knowledge of industry-standard tools and technologies, including Excel and data analysis software;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
