About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Operations Intern to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a Procurement Operations Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the daily procurement activities, including raw and pack material issues, new vendor creation, and invoice pending and mistake on contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the procurement team in daily operational activities.
  • Assist in the creation of new vendor relationships.
  • Help resolve issues related to raw and pack materials.
  • Support the team in resolving invoice pending and mistake on contract issues.
  • Contribute to project development by identifying procurement opportunities.
Requirements
  • EU Working Permit.
  • Master/Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong MS Office skills, with a great command of Excel.
  • Good knowledge of other analytic tools.
  • Basic knowledge of programming is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
