We are seeking a skilled Waiter and Barman to join our team at Grande Albergo Excelsior Vittoria in Sorrento.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Work effectively in a team environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the bar area.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
