We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to join our innovative product team.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is around €1,200 - €1,500 per month, considering the location in Italy.

Job Description:

As a Product Management Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in market research, product planning, and execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Product Planning: Support the development of product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Documentation: Help create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and product briefs.
  • Product Development: Participate in the product development process, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.
  • Launch Coordination: Assist in the coordination of product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and iterations.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on product performance metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret market and customer data.
  • Familiarity with Product Management: Familiarity with product management principles and methodologies.
  • Education and Experience: Experience or coursework in business, marketing, product management, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Benefits:

They will also have exposure to the full product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and post-launch analysis. Additionally, they will develop advanced skills in conducting market research and analyzing customer needs.

Location: This internship is based in Italy, and the company is located in Rome, near the city center.
