Job Title: Technical Field Service

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Field Service professional to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As a Technical Field Service specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of cogeneration systems at client sites in the Piemonte region, with a focus on Cuneo and surrounding areas.

About the Role:
  • Install, maintain, and repair cogeneration systems, including gas-powered generators, at client sites.
  • Perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance tasks as required.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of cogeneration systems.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including gas-powered generators.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
