Sustainability Project Management Role at RINA

RINA, a multinational player with 5,600 employees and 200 offices worldwide, is seeking an experienced Sustainability Project Manager Specialist to join its office in Milano or Genova, Italy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, sustainability, and energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in general management of projects, ensuring client satisfaction and efficient communication with technical teams.
  • Participate in team activities for agro-energy projects, contributing to supply chain coordination, sustainability principles compliance, and report elaboration.
  • Elaborate and revise technical reports for various clients on sustainable agriculture and fuels.
  • Cordinate large teams of experts, ensure project standard quality, and interact with local consultants.
  • Identify and develop new project opportunities, prepare technical proposals and cost estimates.

Requirements:

  • University degree in engineering or economics (preferably).
  • At least 4 years of experience in project management and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Ability to write well-structured, concise reports, proposals, and documents.
  • Availability for short business trips within and outside the EU.
  • Good knowledge of Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in project management is required.

Benefits:
