About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Lighting Designer to join our in-house design team at Utopia Living. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-end hospitality projects in the UK and worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with interior designers and architects to create innovative lighting concepts that enhance the design and user experience.
  • Develop creative lighting solutions that meet the project aesthetic and goals.
  • Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and 3D renders.
  • Specify high-quality products and fixtures aligned with the project requirements.
  • Independently explore new materials and techniques to enhance future projects.
Requirements
  • Degree in Lighting Design, Product/Industrial Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent.
  • At least five years of professional experience in lighting design.
  • Proven experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects.
  • Good knowledge of material properties and solutions.
  • Proficiency in 3D software, Dialux, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite programs.
