Overview

BSP Pharmaceuticals is a leading contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specializing in the production of anticancer drugs with high potency and cytotoxic characteristics.

The company has been at the forefront of cancer research since 2006, investing heavily in new technologies and production methods to maintain its position as a market leader.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and production lines.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of critical facilities and production lines;
  • Identifying and resolving electrical and instrumental faults on plants and lines, including during production phases;
  • Performing scheduled preventive maintenance interventions and documenting them accordingly;
  • Providing technical support to production personnel, including training and guidance on the use of electronic equipment;
  • Implementing improvements to the electrical panel, machine-board system, sensors, measurement management, and automation systems on production lines;
  • Managing external technical service personnel and collaborating to resolve outstanding issues;

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school degree in a technical field (electrical or electronics);
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a complex organization;
  • Availability to work on shifts;
  • A strong can-do attitude and ability to work independently;
