Our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano is a stunning example of elegance and sophistication, nestled in the heart of Milan's Fashion District. This 15th-century convent turned garden retreat offers a unique and unforgettable experience for our guests, with its high-ceilinged rooms, airy veranda, and sleek modern Spa.
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented In-Room Dining Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Milano. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for designing effective menu and amenity options, ensuring excellent product quality, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective menu and amenity options to meet guest expectations
- Ensure excellent product quality and presentation
- Provide exceptional service to guests, including 24-hour in-room dining and private bar services
- Collaborate with Executive Chefs and Sous Chefs to develop and implement menu concepts
- Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments
Requirements:
- College degree in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience
- Two to three years of experience in a line, supervisory, or assistant manager position in Food and Beverage
- Working knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
- Ability to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage computer systems

Schedule and Hours:
This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and requires flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English and Italian is required, and the ability to possess the legal right to work in Italy is necessary.
