Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Contract Coordinator to join our team in Italy.

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within an industrial or logistics technical environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in an international setting, particularly within project-oriented organizations, and will be fluent in English (C1 level).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and organization of operational contracts.
  • Coordination, implementation, and optimization of operational contracts.
  • Leading multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Representing clients within our organization while operating in their best interest.
  • Cultivating healthy business relationships with customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with Labor Risk Prevention laws and Industrial Safety regulations.
  • Quality assurance processes.
