Job Title: Real Estate Structured Finance Analyst/Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Structured Finance Analyst/Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Real Estate Division, you will be responsible for underwriting and structuring commercial real estate structured finance transactions, including leading cashflow modelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Underwrite and structure commercial real estate structured finance transactions, including leading cashflow modelling
  • Assist in the structuring and execution of real estate commercial mortgage loans, including participation in the redaction of written documents
  • Participate in the distribution of commercial mortgage loans through syndication or alternative routes using debt capital market techniques
  • Monitor deals in the book and maintain close contact with the CRE market
  • Interact with clients under the supervision of Senior Front Officers during the execution phase of transactions
  • Ensure full compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory obligations
  • Participate in the origination of Real Estate advisory mandates
  • Conduct risk analysis and understand all issues relevant for each transaction
  • Financial analysis and modelling of the considered projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master degree from a top-ranked business and/or engineering college
  • Any Commercial Real Estate specialization is welcomed
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in Structured financing in banks, insurers, and/or private equity funds
  • Language skills: English (C2), Italian and/or Spanish (B2)
  • Technical, operational & soft skills: Professional command of MS Office, understanding of the loan market, its dynamics, and related instruments
