 This position will assist mid-level team members in delivering project support, including resource allocation, time tracking, documentation, and effective communication between various teams.
 You will collaborate with talented creative, technical, media, and analytics experts to drive innovation in the interactive space.
 A strong passion for the digital world, ambition, energy, curiosity, enthusiasm, operational autonomy, and proactivity are essential characteristics of this role.
 Based in our studio in Milan or Venice, you will work in a dynamic and meritocratic environment surrounded by some of the brightest minds in their fields.
 You will facilitate the work of a large group of people working remotely and coming from different backgrounds to exceed clients' expectations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
 ROLE REQUIREMENTS


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop statements of work and gather team recommendations based on requirements and objectives
  • Manage projects according to schedule and within budget
  • Lead scoping and change management processes
  • Create weekly financial reports and work with senior team members on financial analysis and reconciliation
  • Manage internal resource allocations and team members throughout the project lifecycle
