About the Role

Hitachi Vantara Corporation is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Business Unit Grid Integration team. As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of high-voltage projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily construction activities at the project site to ensure compliance with project quality plans, specifications, and site programs.
  • Plan activities to effectively utilize resources and meet construction program objectives.
  • Review specification drawings to resolve discrepancies or conflicts.
  • Monitor materials, equipment, and manpower on site to ensure timely completion of construction projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma;
  • More than 5 years of experience on site, preferably in High Voltage projects;
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English language;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Availability to travel around Italy (>80%).
