We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team in Italy. This role will be based in Aliaxis Zola Predosa (BO) and will report to the Engineering Manager Italy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of CAPEX projects for the development of different sites, ensuring delivery quality and alignment with internal customers.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with external parties, including engineering services and suppliers, to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including the Steering Committee.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, industrial, or management engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing CAPEX projects in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand company processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in project management software and tools.
- Availability to travel to different Italian sites, as required.
