Salary and Benefits

We offer an exceptional salary package, including a competitive annual salary of $120,000 to $180,000, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

The package also includes flexible working hours, work-from-home options, a supportive and dynamic company culture, and exciting challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale wind and solar power plant projects from inception to completion, developing comprehensive project plans, budget, timeline, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • C coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to identify suitable locations for wind and solar power plant installations, collaborating with engineering teams to optimize design and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiations, monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues or delays, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Effectively communicate project updates, risks, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines throughout project execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to wind and solar power plant development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field, with a master's degree being an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the development of large-scale wind and solar power plants.
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing QGIS tool for mapping, spatial analysis, and data management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Solid understanding of renewable energy industry dynamics, technical requirements, and regulatory frameworks, proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
