**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Controlling Specialist to join our dynamic team at Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.P.A. as an HR Controlling Intern in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the HR budget and forecast for the EMEA-LATAM region, ensuring alignment with the financial objectives of the company.
- Support the HR Controller in monitoring and controlling HR-related expenses to maintain budget compliance.
- Generate and analyze reports on HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing insights to the region's top management and stakeholders.
- Support the HR Controller to facilitate the annual salary review process, including data analysis and documentation.
- Assist in the administration and calculation of bonus payouts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain records of sales performance and commission payouts, solving any discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to streamline the commission calculation process.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thrives both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to the EMEA-LATAM region are a plus.
