Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and CRM Specialist to join our team at DMG MORI Europe Holding AG. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and realizing corporate promotional events.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with Group Global Marketing to define event guidelines and objectives aligned with corporate strategies.
  • Manage event communications, including invitations, follow-up, participant management, and content creation.
  • Coordinate and supervise external partners and suppliers for event logistics.
  • Develop pre- and post-event promotion activities through social media, newsletters, and public relations.
  • Analyze and evaluate event results, providing final reports on effectiveness and ROI.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in marketing and event organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of basic computer packages (MS Office) and CRM platforms.
