Job Title: Process Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technologist to join our Blue Team at Geven. As a key member of our Research and Development department, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions for our clients' most complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the production process of new products utilizing unconventional materials and metal alloys.
  • Collaborate with the production department and technical office to industrialize new products and processes.
  • Supervise the continuous improvement of technological processes and product manufacturing processes.
  • Draft documentation and procedures for new products and production processes.
Requirements:
  • Technical training and degree in Engineering, preferably in Materials Engineering.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in companies operating in the composite material processing sector.
  • Experience in the automotive, sports, or aeronautical sector is an asset.
  • Proficiency in English and 2D/3D CAD modeling tools and structural sizing.
  • Strong organizational skills, team work, precision, stress tolerance, and initiative spirit.
