Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients
• Configure membership settings
• Oversee the administration of Trading Members, Market Makers, and other participants
• Deliver technical access solutions

• Offer exceptional support for market authorizations and member access to the Exchange
• Provide login credentials to customers and team members
• Act as the administration and execution agent for all client authorizations and registrations across various markets and platforms
• Ensure that all market authorization tools and systems are operational to support business continuity
• Process all internal and external verification requests accurately and promptly
• Define or adjust Membership and Access procedures
• Contribute access expertise to project initiatives

Required Profile, Knowledge, and Experience:

Education & Knowledge:
• A university degree or master's degree is required, with a strong understanding of financial markets being essential.

Profile:
• Conceptual understanding of Trade Lifecycle, Exchanges, Compliance, Cash & Derivatives products, and Trading Procedures
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual team environment across various locations to achieve shared objectives
• Proficient in interpreting numerical data and pricing models
• Strong verbal communication skills for both internal and external interactions
• Excellent analytical capabilities and attention to detail
• Proactive in investigating incidents within a team setting
• Uphold integrity and confidentiality as key aspects of the role
• Possess good organizational skills and the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in spoken and written English
