Your mission will be to work closely with our Hiring Leads to drive initiatives, automation, and best practices, while offering expert guidance on talent assessments. This is not a recruiter position; it's about harnessing the power of science to raise awareness and insights across the business, empowering us to select the best talent available from our global pool.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive talent analytics to provide real-time insights, partnering with the business to optimize hiring processes
* Conduct in-depth behavioral talent interviews, providing actionable insights into motivations and behaviors
* Build key relationships with global stakeholders to ensure we deliver against our hiring agenda
* Drive data-driven decision-making, ensuring our processes are robust and supportive
* Consider our employer brand and how our interactions with candidates impact their experience

What We're Looking For:

* An exceptional academic background in a Psychology-based subject
* Strong analytical problem-solving ability, with experience in R or Python, SQL, statistical analysis, and BI tooling
* Exposure to psychometric assessments, including interpretation
* Experience conducting behavioral, competency-based interviews, with the ability to train stakeholders
* A demonstrable viewpoint on talent, with a deep appreciation of how to predict and measure success
