Network Managed Services Engineer

As a Network Managed Services Engineer at NTT DATA, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' IT networks. Your expertise in network operations and security will be instrumental in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

About the Role

As a Network Managed Services Engineer, you will be responsible for managing tickets of high complexity, conducting advanced troubleshooting tasks, and assisting in analyzing and escalating support calls. You will also investigate third-line support calls and identify the root cause of incidents and problems. Additionally, you will escalate issues to third-party vendors when necessary and capture all required and relevant information for immediate resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage tickets of high complexity
Conduct advanced troubleshooting tasks
Assist in analyzing and escalating support calls
Investigate third-line support calls and identify the root cause of incidents and problems
Escalate issues to third-party vendors when necessary
Capture all required and relevant information for immediate resolution

Requirements

IT educational background
At least 5 years of experience in Network Operations environment with a medium/high complex infrastructure
Cisco Certification (CCNA/CCNP)
Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups
Ability to maintain a positive outlook at work
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Ability to work in a virtual and hybrid team
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving approach
Strong customer-oriented attitude
Good knowledge of Italian and English (French is a plus)
Available to travel abroad when required by the customer
Available to be part of on-duty scheduling plan
