Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Mold Maintenance Technician I to join our team in Lodi, California. As a member of our Manufacturing Tooling department, you'll be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on plastic injection molds.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting all molds during assembly to ensure quality.
- Supporting mold makers and order maintenance technicians for unplanned repairs.
- Training to perform maintenance on plastic injection molds and using inspection equipment.
- Maintaining tool shop standards, practices, and housekeeping (5S).
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school degree or equivalent experience with 1-2 years of related work experience.
- An AA or technical trade degree with 0-1 years of work experience.
- A mechanical background and computer skills.
Prior experience in machine shop machines, CNC mills, and lathes grinders is a plus. Repair or maintenance experience of plastic injection molds is also desirable.
Compensation and BenefitsThe hourly range for this role is $21.00 - $27.00, and you may be eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
