Position OverviewWe are in search of a seasoned Senior Flutter Developer to enhance our vibrant team of experts. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking abilities and a passion for crafting scalable, high-performance applications using Flutter. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing mobile strategies, overseeing Flutter development projects from inception to launch.
Key Responsibilities- Design and create high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (UI/UX designers, product managers, QA analysts) to define, design, and implement new features.
- Conduct code reviews, uphold code quality, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve issues to enhance performance.
- Guide junior Flutter developers, offering mentorship and support through code reviews and best practices.
- Keep abreast of emerging technology trends, applications, and protocols in mobile development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Flutter and Dart.
- Demonstrated success in developing and deploying user-friendly, efficient, and high-quality mobile applications.
- Strong grasp of the Flutter framework and its ecosystem, including Flutter widgets for both iOS and Android.
- Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking.
- Comprehensive understanding of the complete mobile development life cycle.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and mentoring abilities.
- Proficient with Git and automated testing frameworks.
