About the Role

Gauzy, a world-leading material science company, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead projects with top partners in the industry of windows and partitions glazing, and to create new leads and business opportunities in the office design industry.

This position will enable you to develop your expertise in the expanding industry of windows, partitions, and smart design for offices and to manage key accounts technology projects while working in an entrepreneurial start-up company.

Gauzy's Architecture Business Unit brings our diverse smart glass products to built environments, redefining how privacy, shading, and digital displays are experienced in the spaces we spend our time most.

Responsibilities
  • Be the point of contact for existing customers in Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, Benelux, and Scandinavia, including Iceland.
  • Work closely together with the partner network in the area, both Retrofit and Glass Processors.
  • Find new opportunities, especially complete LCG (glass) projects.
  • Keep Salesforce up-to-date for the market area.
  • Ensure that all customer orders are following procedure.
  • Liaise with European team members, the technical department, project management, and marketing.
  • International travel will be required.
Requirements
  • Years of experience in managing large office development projects in the office design industry.
  • BSc or MSc in interior design/architecture or a similar degree or certification from a previous workplace indicating significant field experience.
  • Experience in the commercial partitions industry.
  • Some experience in the Smart Glass Industry.
  • Deep understanding of the office design industry and motivation to acquire new leads in that industry and different industries as well.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision to produce great results with high ROI.
  • Ability to present projects on C-Level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English, Italian, and French.
