Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Balmain. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular visits to suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform quality control tests on our products to ensure they meet our quality requirements.
  • Support suppliers in production starts and check pre-series to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Monitor and supervise every phase of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards and established production and delivery times.
  • Report any issues to our control structures in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the luxury/fashion sector.
  • Familiarity with the main development steps for footwear and leather goods.
  • Ability to travel within Italy.
  • Proficiency in Excel and fluency in English.
  • Determination, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented, flexible, and passionate about luxury.
