Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Burberry. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody the Burberry Experience and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals while executing key strategies of retail-led growth
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, including floorsets, replenishment, and maintenance
  • Assist in the markdown process, bi-annual inventory process, and stock room maintenance
  • Participate in pre-sale goals and achieve excellent customer service through Burberry Experience Evaluations
Requirements
  • 1 year of sales experience in a luxury retail environment
  • Proven experience in driving sales and meeting sales targets
  • Strong clienteling background and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems
  • Relevant interest in Fashion/Design
