Chromatography Solutions Field Service Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Chromatography Solutions Field Service Specialist to join our team at Agilent Technologies Inc. in a full-time capacity.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring that their chromatography solutions are installed, maintained, and running smoothly.

About You: To succeed in this position, you will need to have a recent university degree in Chemistry and at least one year of hands-on experience with chromatography solutions. Additionally, you must be proficient in Italian and have a good level of English, as well as a valid driving license.

Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include:
• Responding to customer needs by providing repair, installation, upgrade, and preventive maintenance activities
• Contacting customers in a timely manner and scheduling service efficiently
• Connecting with manager and sales team to understand and meet customer needs and expectations
• Maintaining Agilent's customer service reputation by aligning with all corporate policies and procedures
• Completing administrative paperwork and computer reports promptly and accurately
• Providing feedback to the Product Specialists, manufacturing, or OEM vendors concerning performance anomalies encountered

You will work remotely combined with travel to customer sites in Marche and the South of Emilia-Romagna, with a company car available to you.

What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including a company pension scheme, yearly company bonus, company car, private health care, stock purchase plan, medical & life insurance, and career development opportunities.
