POSITION SUMMARY
2nd Shift 330PM - Midnight
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists the Test Engineer in the creation and implementation of testing solutions, ensuring the qualification of fixtures and programs in accordance with the established system qualification protocols. Troubleshoots and rectifies hardware and electronic issues. Accountable for delivering necessary outputs to facilitate production solutions for both the Test Support Function and Manufacturing Operations. Configures and deploys new hardware and software systems. Identifies and resolves computer-related issues. Collaborates with the Test Support function to monitor and enhance Test Yields, Efficiency, Intermittencies, and Uptime, providing precise reporting and clear improvement targets. In partnership with the Test Engineer, continuously seeks to refine the testing process, balancing cost and coverage to achieve an optimized and cost-effective testing approach. Works in close coordination with manufacturing and test support teams to prioritize support activities. Responsible for organizing the timeline for test readiness based on the weekly production agenda through the appropriate Test Support personnel. May undertake additional duties and responsibilities as required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Proficient in presenting information effectively and addressing inquiries from various stakeholders, including managers, clients, and the public. Capable of identifying problems, gathering data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions. Competent in operating a personal computer, including familiarity with Windows-based operating systems and associated software. Advanced computer skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software tools. Ability to compose simple correspondence and comprehend visual aids. Ability to apply common sense understanding to execute straightforward instructions. Skilled in managing standardized situations with minimal variability. Proficient in reading and understanding basic instructions, brief correspondence, and memos. Capable of performing basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in various units of measure. Ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages, and to interpret graphs.
