Job Title: Senior Accountant

Parker Wellbore is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our Accounting Department, you will be responsible for assisting in financial analysis, creating timely and accurate financial statements, and reconciliation of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Finance Manager in financial issues and develop and prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and monthly reporting packages.
  • Prepare financial summaries and analytical review and variance analysis of results against budgets and forecasts.
  • Process month-end, quarter-end, and year-end balance sheets and journal entries according to local accounting standards.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts of local accounting system and identify key variances between local accounting.
  • Interact with regional finance staff on accounting issues and coordinate interaction with auditors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • At least 7 years of work experience.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain goals/tasks with minimal supervision.
