Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers and workshops in the Nord-Ovest Italia area.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Collaborate with the Volvo Trucks team to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Ensure compliance with Volvo Trucks policies and procedures.
  • Support the development of technical skills and knowledge within the team.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical role.
