Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Accountant to become a part of our Global Business Services division. This role is pivotal in managing financial operations for our Italian legal entity, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
  • Analyze profit and loss accounts, providing insights on variations
  • Assist with the financial year-end closing procedures
  • Report local financial figures in accordance with group standards
  • Review local financial data for submission to tax authorities
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations
  • Support both external and internal audit processes
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as external requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • A university degree in accounting or finance
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in finance software such as IFS, SAP, or similar
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
