YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are in search of an enthusiastic, inquisitive, and proactive individual to join our team.
As a Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will have the chance to oversee a complex Manufacturing Department, ensuring production volumes and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Main responsibilities include:
• Overseeing efficiency and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics
• Ensuring production output aligns with industrial objectives
• Managing quality metrics
• Planning production schedules, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions to meet required standards;
• Ensuring the quality of products manufactured in your area.
• Understanding and applying delegation strategies.
• Training and developing team members
• Analyzing indicators related to auxiliary material costs (maintenance expenses, indirect material costs, scrap costs, etc.);
• Possessing advanced knowledge of work cycles and methodologies
• Familiarity with specific procedures and management references to address environmental challenges.
• Understanding operational protocols for safety interventions with significant risk potential.
• Collaborating with the Manufacturing Engineering team to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Master's Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in a manufacturing area management role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methodologies (Kaizen or Six Sigma)
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Excellent project management skills
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills
