Job Title: Industrial & Project Planning Manager

Alstom is seeking an experienced Industrial & Project Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project schedules, including creating and maintaining project timelines, resource allocation, and critical path identification.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project schedules are aligned with project goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including delays, cost overruns, and scope changes.
  • Develop and implement project time management plans, including creating and maintaining project schedules, resource allocation, and critical path identification.
  • Provide project schedule updates and reports to stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and other team members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the railway industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and critical path identification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex project data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, and other scheduling tools.
