Descrizione del Ruolo:

Eni Rewind è alla ricerca di un/a Specialista Project Control che si occuperà di assicurare le attività di realizzazione esecutiva nell'ambito delle iniziative di bonifica e decommissioning, ottimizzando tempi e costi e favorendo l'introduzione di soluzioni tecniche innovative e sostenibili.

Compiti e Responsabilità:

  • Assicurare, per i progetti assegnati, attraverso l'utilizzo di società terze, le attività di realizzazione esecutiva nell'ambito delle iniziative di bonifica e decommissioning, ottimizzando tempi e costi e favorendo l'introduzione di soluzioni tecniche innovative e sostenibili;
  • Analizzare la documentazione di progetto;
  • Elaborare ed aggiornare il cronoprogramma e la baseline di progetto;
  • Elaborare la proposta di budget/forecast/piano quadriennale sulle attività progettuali associando i relativi costi;
  • Monitorare tempi e costi di progetto, calcolandone l'avanzamento economico e fisico;
  • Monitorare l'assegnazione delle risorse sui progetti coerentemente con la pianificazione;
  • Analizzare percorsi critici, scostamenti, elaborare analisi di progetto e predisporre relative note;
  • Predisporre la reportistica di progetto (raccolta dati, elaborazione, analisi con rappresentazioni grafiche);
  • Fornire supporto nell'iter di approvazione dei progetti e predisporre di documenti di competenza;
  • Elaborare SAL/stanziamenti e fatturazione.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea magistrale in Economia o in ambito STEM; potranno essere presi in considerazione titoli e ambiti di studio differenti a fronte di un'esperienza significativa nel ruolo.
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo. Costituisce requisito preferenziale esperienza pregressa in ambito project services/pianificazione e controllo/ planning & controlling/progettazione o ingegneria ambientale.
  • Buona conoscenza del sistema SAP; sarà considerato titolo preferenziale la conoscenza degli applicativi Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera o simili.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
