Unlock Your Sales Potential

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing an existing customer portfolio and acquiring new business while reporting to the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a valuable portfolio of customers and develop detailed sales plans to ensure growth and meet sales targets.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead conversion to customer onboarding and account management.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and foster strong customer relationships.
  • Support customers in understanding the features and benefits of our products and services.
Requirements:
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role.
  • Proven ability to sell digital services and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong negotiation skills in sales planning and pipeline management.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce is a plus).
