We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at the Grand Hotel Timeo in Taormina, Sicily. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Ristorante Timeo and In Room Dining departments, ensuring exceptional service and high-quality food and beverage products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Ristorante Timeo and In Room Dining departments, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and inventory expenses, to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as Belmond's quality standards.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in a similar managerial position in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team of at least 30-35 staff members.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage products, including menu engineering and revenue generation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Fluent English and additional languages desirable.
