About the Role:

Arcadis seeks a highly skilled Business Advisory - Building Consultant to play a fundamental resource for the development of the company.

As a Business Advisory - Building Consultant, you will be involved in innovative projects that reflect the spirit of the company and provide support to the company's business lines in the implementation of new initiatives.

You will carry out status analyzes, through documentation and on-site supervision at construction sites, and be a point of reference for the group's customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3/5 years of experience in due diligence at Real Estate companies and/or technical offices, a bachelor's and/or master's degree in Architecture or Building/Civil Engineering, excellent analytical and synthesis skills, and strong relationship and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentary analysis, including authorizations, cadastral status, and town planning and building documentation.
  • Site supervision to check the state of the buildings, identify defects and discrepancies.
  • Evaluation of the costs necessary for adaptation (CapEx plan estimate).
  • Analysis of the property maintenance status through an inspection.
  • Customer support during the negotiation and drafting of sale contracts in coordination with advisors involved for legal, fiscal, and environmental issues.
  • Drafting of checklist and Q&A formulation.
  • Analysis of the progress of real estate development.
  • Checking the timing and quality of the project.
  • Analysis of procurement contracts and costs incurred.
  • Verification of SALs and certification of work progress with cash flow updating.
