Pilates Reformer Instructor

At Performance Optimal Health, we take a holistic approach to empowering clients to live better lives. We're seeking a part-time Pilates Reformer Instructor with the potential to grow into a full-time role.

We're looking for a passionate and client-service-focused individual who shares our love for health and wellness. As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you'll work closely with healthcare professionals to provide first-class client care. Your expertise will include adapting sessions to meet the needs of diverse clients, including those undergoing physical or occupational therapy.

You'll be responsible for guiding clients through Pilates sessions, correcting technique, and providing instruction on safe practices. Communication with fellow providers is key to ensuring a seamless, team-based approach to wellness and client care.

• Provide expert guidance during Pilates sessions, emphasizing correct technique and safe practices.
• Offer alternatives to accommodate different fitness levels.
• Collaborate with other providers to deliver comprehensive client care.

• Certification in teaching Pilates from an accredited organization.
• Proficiency on all studio apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chair, Barrel).
• A minimum of two years of experience as a Pilates instructor is preferred.
