Position Overview

This internship offers a vital role in the oversight of credit risk and the operations within the Investment Banking Division.

Role Responsibilities

As an intern in the Collateral Management & Middle Office team, you will assist your colleagues in evaluating and mitigating exposure to credit risk associated with market counterparties. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Active management of margin requests to ensure effective risk mitigation.
  • Contributing to the daily operations and dynamics of financial market participation across various operational desks within the Investment Banking Division.
  • Enhancing your analytical and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master's Degree in Economics (completed or in progress).
  • A strong emphasis on precision and reliability in work.
  • Proficient knowledge of the Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English.

About the Investment Banking Division

This division is tasked with defining and executing capital market activities, engaging in derivative trading for both the firm's account and on behalf of clients, structuring securitization transactions, and managing liquidity and funding through the ALM & Treasury Area.
