About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to join our team at IKEA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our Fulfillment Operations Co-workers to ensure the highest goods availability, operational readiness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Fulfillment Operations Co-workers in the assigned area of responsibility to secure the highest goods availability, operational readiness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, recruit, retain, and develop the talents in the Fulfillment Operations team to secure a diverse, high-performing team that can execute its assigned responsibilities with confidence.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment throughout the unit and ensure that the Fulfillment Operations Co-workers work in compliance with IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations, and local legislation related to health, safety, security, and the environment.
  • Secure effective, qualitative, and efficient daily Fulfillment Operations within the assigned area of responsibility by contributing to goal achievement, people, shift, and equipment planning, creating co-worker's quality awareness to prevent and reduce damages, driving the implementation of local business plans/projects, and analyzing existing workload to secure daily volume handling and meet seasonal needs.
  • Support the implementation of the Customer Fulfillment Sustainability agenda in the assigned unit operations environment.
