Industrial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Operations Specialist to join our team at Baker Hughes Company. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our industrial facilities, including managing logistics, tracking inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in international relations, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any other related field, and at least 4 years of experience in Logistics, including solid experience in logistics, with additional experience in Customs Operations. The successful candidate will also have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, relational databases, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP), demonstrate good communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently with problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of industrial facilities.
  • Managing logistics, including transportation and storage of goods.
  • Tracking inventory and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements.
  • Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
