About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Saipem's Naval Department as a Hull Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating hull engineering activities, ensuring they meet project requirements within the assigned budget, time schedule, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Bringing your expertise during proposal phases to set up technical and commercial effective proposals.
• Leading and coordinating hull engineering activities in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with all project interfaces and supervising information flow.
• Maintaining and developing technical skills, expertise, knowledge, procedures, and tools as required for proposals and project execution.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 10+ years of experience in naval engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Technical and project management skills.
