Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and enterprising candidate to join our team as a Technical NPI Specialist. In this role, you will support our fast-paced Central Functions and dynamic Manufacturing Plants in introducing new models and evaluating their impacts on plant KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Guarantee the producibility of new models by ensuring the balance of production costs and performance.
- Analyze the costs of new models and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze prototypes to identify critical technical issues and develop solutions.
- Cluster modeling starting from prototypes and define production flows for new models entering the factory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Relevant degree in management or mechanical engineering.
- Passion for the manufacturing industry and experience in a similar role.
