Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager with expert estimation skills, you will play a key role in our team's success. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze external contractor bids to ensure client value for money. You will also create estimates and cost plans for key client developments, evaluate cost plans and project scopes to assess and address gaps, and maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates.

You will optimize project costs against budget, including cost reviews, value engineering, and accurate estimates to increase client value. Additionally, you will provide estimating expertise and leadership throughout the design and construction stages of projects, build trust and credibility with partners across the business, and support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication.
