As an Executive Assistant Vice President, you will be responsible for managing the Vice President's schedule, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports and presentations. Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing email correspondence and telephone communications with clients, suppliers, and external consultants.
  • Planning and managing the Vice President's personal agenda, ensuring timely meetings, appointments, transfers, and business trips.
  • Coordinating relationships with clients, suppliers, and external consultants, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and briefings on various topics, including contracts, corporate documents, and legal documents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or related position.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language.
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate and private law.
