Key Responsibilities
- Restore mechanical and sensor-related faults on machines and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal production efficiency.
- Provide technical support as a Subject Matter Expert in automation and high-tech production machinery, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions through analysis and interpretation of available data, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Assist production personnel in using mechanical and electronic equipment, conducting training activities to enhance operator proficiency.
- Carry out scheduled and preventive maintenance interventions, implementing improvement maintenance projects to eliminate recurring malfunctions and improve machinery reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of automation and high-tech production machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and implement corrective actions.
- Strong communication and training skills, with ability to work effectively with production personnel.
