Senior Fullstack Engineer

Position Overview: This role focuses on enhancing the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS) products by integrating innovative AI functionalities while adhering to departmental protocols. The successful candidate will report directly to the Software Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop core components of the Docebo Learning Suite, incorporating AI and machine learning methodologies.
• Utilize generative AI techniques to implement advanced features.
• Collaborate with AI experts to create application-level competency modules leveraging AI services.
• Oversee project development and manage tasks related to the execution of the project.
• Engage in an Agile, Scrum-based international team alongside other backend and frontend developers.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in software development.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience in an Agile development setting.
• Familiarity with TDD/BDD, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Proficient with AWS or comparable cloud service platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Node (Typescript + Javascript) and Angular 14+.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented, results-driven mindset with a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
• Focus on developing secure software solutions.
• Familiarity with generative AI techniques and frameworks, including LLMs, LangChain, RAG, and Prompt Chaining.
• Experience with Trunk Based Development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery.
• Knowledge of serverless and containerized application architectures.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks, particularly AWS CDK.
