We offer a unique opportunity to join our team in Pomezia as a Global Logistics Coordinator and contribute to the management of international shipments, warehouse activities, and customer relationships.
Job Description
The successful candidate will support our Logistics department in planning inbound/outbound shipments, documentation compliance, and warehouse operations management.
Main duties will focus on optimizing freight forwarding costs and service types, creating and reviewing reports of freight shipment volumes and supplier service levels, and tracking and tracing shipments.
- Assist Logistics team in organizing inbound/outbound shipments and processes.
- Provide general support and assistance to the logistics team.
- Optimize freight forwarding costs and service types.
- Create and review reports of freight shipment volumes and supplier service levels.
- Track and trace shipments.
- Filing, archiving, and transport documentation management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree, strong communication and analytical skills, proficiency in Office programs (with a focus on Excel), critical thinking, problem-solving, and proactivity.
You should also be able to work in a team environment and possess fluency in English written and spoken.
Benefits

Salary Information
The estimated monthly salary for this position is €1,500 - €2,000, depending on location and experience.
