Main activities

  1. Providing timely engineering support to customers for the in-service fleet to contribute to the achievement of reliability and availability targets.
  2. Resolving technical issues through analysis and production of applicable documentation, interfacing with LH departments and vendors as needed.
  3. Collecting fleet statistics and updating the database based on scheduling requirements.
  4. Generating fleet reports.
  5. Creating occurrence/malfunction reports and analyzing them.
  6. Conducting reliability and maintainability analysis of helicopters and their components for product recovery and improvement targets.
  7. Preparing product recovery and improvement presentations for customers.
  8. Monitoring and tracking Service Bulletin (SB) implementation.
  9. Updating and editing internal documentation.
  10. Generating Technical Support KPI report booklets.

    Skills

    1. Basic knowledge of Civil Aviation regulations.
    2. Excellent computer skills: Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, SAP.
    3. Technical drawings analysis.
